By limiting Engage to only attorneys and their staff, the members share office space with other attorneys that have similar client responsibilities and confidentiality obligations.

No, our typical membership agreements are 12 months only and renew thereafter. In special circumstances, we may allow a member to sign up for a shorter period depending on our space availability.

Occasionally, we have accommodated a group of attorneys that needed temporary space for 3-6 months. While our standard membership agreement is 12 months, we have made some exceptions when space was available.

We are open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, for normal business hours, excluding holidays. Office Members have 24-hour access to the space. Virtual Members are limited to normal business hours.

Some of the highlights of services for Office Space Memberships include secure mail and package receipt, set up of dedicated Wi-Fi in the offices, keeping the new printer and postage machines up and running, and management of the conference rooms for those who are at Engage for mediations and depositions.

Office Members enjoy many amenities, including: 24/7 access to the building, in-house attorney networking, quarterly CLEs and events, guest reception, kitchen with complimentary coffee, sodas, and snacks, and free covered parking. Plus, conference room access, managed by the staffed reception desk. The building offers a fitness center, accessible by our Office Members.

Before move-in, we coordinate with the building and with security for access to the building. Keys for office door(s) and mailbox keys, and access cards, are made. Door signs are printed for each new Office Member and staff.

If using the Engage office furniture, we ensure the items are set up in the office(s) ahead of the move. Phones, if getting them through Engage, are connected.

Upon move-in, the office manager will conduct a tour of Engage’s 10th floor and work and break areas, and explain the process for reserving and using the five conference rooms. The fitness center, offered as an amenity of the office building, can also be toured.

Assistance is provided for connecting computers to the printer network, and for computers are connected to Engage’s printer network. And help is available for the set-up of ClickShare devices for the cameras in the conference room.

Parking is free and plentiful at our location. An Engage Office Membership includes a security card that allows access to covered parking. For an additional fee, a member can purchase a dedicated parking space in the garage. Virtual Members also receive free covered parking in the garage.

Yes, we currently offer 6 conference rooms to Office Members and Virtual Members. The conference rooms are managed by the staffed reception desk.

Yes, we provide each member with a dedicated secure Wi-Fi network. After regular business hours, access doors are locked and are accessible via keycard.

Yes, we provide an event schedule throughout the year, which includes CLE presentations hosted within the Engage offices. We promote speakers that are Engage members as well as others that wish to speak to our attorney community and can add value.

We promote referrals by carefully selecting member additions to our attorney-only membership community. We also host events and CLEs, and encourage members to socialize, all of which may lead to referrals and collaboration between members.

Engage is in Dallas, Texas, conveniently located at I-75 Central and Caruth Haven. Our Class-A office space covers the entire 10th floor of the south tower. Plenty of free parking available.
