Darin M. Klemchuk, CEO and founder of Klemchuk PLLC, was named to “Best Lawyers” in Dallas for 2024 by D Magazine.
Klemchuk was recognized as one of the best lawyers in Intellectual Property for 2024, marking the 17th time he has been selected since 2007. He has also been included in the Hall of Fame “Best Lawyers in Dallas” list by D Magazine since 2022, for his work in Intellectual Property law. Klemchuk has been recognized numerous times as a Texas Super Lawyer and as a Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine as published in Texas Super Lawyers Magazine, a Thomson Reuters service.
Klemchuk focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with emphasis on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.
