5 Reasons Why Attorneys Should Consider Engage for Their Office Space

5 Reasons Why Attorneys Should Consider Engage for Their Office Space

With so much uncertainty in the past year, sometimes it’s tough to make big decisions related to your law practice. Should you sign a long-term lease for office space? Do you even need office space? Would an office share arrangement or virtual membership work for you? While we can’t answer all your questions, we think we can make things a little easier. Engage provides the flexibility you need for your practice and offers more to attorneys than many other coworking or executive suite spaces.

While many spaces have features like craft beer on tap, putting greens, and a rooftop lounge - we like to spend our time and energy finding ways to help your business grow, and not distract you from those billable hours. These are a few things we provide our members that make us unique:

Cater to attorneys

At Engage, we provide services and amenities that specifically help law firms. Our space offers private offices on a secure and quiet floor. Since we only have attorneys at Engage, there is always a high level of professionalism not just from the staff but from your neighbor.

All-Inclusive Price

No hidden fees! Our amenities are included in the monthly cost of your space. At Engage, we don’t charge extra for things such as postage, conference rooms, use of our printer, or our onsite notary.

Personal Touch

Unlike other office spaces, our staffs take the time to know our members. Whether it’s about a client they just landed or a snack preference they have, we make it our business to know everyone on our floor.

Flexible Terms

We offer one year memberships at our law office space with the ability to upgrade at any point. We understand that things can change quickly for a law firm and we want to make sure attorneys have the flexibility they need to adapt and continue to grow.

Administrative Support

We now offer administrative services on an ad hoc or flat fee basis so you have access to support to help with your practice.

We know attorneys can find time to go have a drink with friends or knock a ball around, that’s not what attorneys need from an office space. They need a quiet, professional space where they can feel productive and successful and that’s exactly what Engage provides.

Engage Workspace for Lawyers is an office space for lawyers built by lawyers. Unlike other coworking spaces, Engage charges a flat monthly rate for access to a full suite of resources and limits membership to a community of lawyers. If you are looking for law office space where you can focus on your practice and be surrounded by great colleagues, please contact us or book a tour.
